Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EngageKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

EngageKit provides YouTube analytics visualization, reporting tools, and media kit generation. We display data from your YouTube channel using the YouTube API Services. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

YouTube API Services

EngageKit uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in to EngageKit. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Misrepresent your analytics data in media kits for fraudulent purposes

Intellectual Property

EngageKit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EngageKit and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your YouTube data remains your property.

Data Accuracy

We display data as provided by the YouTube API. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all analytics data is complete or error-free. You should verify important metrics directly in YouTube Studio before making business decisions.

Purchases & Payments

Premium templates are available as a one-time purchase granting 24-hour download access. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms.

To verify your purchase and prevent duplicate charges, we store your account ID, Stripe session ID, and access timestamps in our database. See our Privacy Policy for details.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@engagekit.app.

Media Kits

Media kits generated by EngageKit use your real YouTube data. You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute these kits. You agree not to manipulate or misrepresent data when presenting media kits to potential partners.

Limitation of Liability

EngageKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to EngageKit. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to EngageKit immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the service at any time by revoking access through your Google account.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
